Our Story

Some of my fondest memories as a child were spent in motels just like this. Looking back, the warm recollections came not just from the facility itself but from conversations we had and the people we met. The Sullivan Trail marks the very beginning of our journey to restore human connection. Each of the rooms have undergone a full scale renovation in order to provide comfortable and thoughtful accommodations to our guests. There are numerous outdoor improvements planned in hopes of creating lasting memories that take each of our guests away from the hectic nature of life and establish a place of presence with each other. The site will continue to evolve adding thoughtful outdoor spaces.
